Tupelo Honey - 3oz Rugs Add to olive oil forThis is the honey that started it all! Savannah Bee founder Ted Dennard learned beekeeping among the tupelo trees that grow the Georgia Florida line, beginning a love story that continues to this day. With its distinct buttery flavor and golden green hue, Tupelo Honey remains one of the most sought after honeys in the world. Tupelo honey is only produced in two tiny regions in the U. S.: The Okefenokee Swamp and the Apalachicola River Basin.
